Job Title: School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Hudson, Massachusetts area

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Autism? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for an elementary program in the Hudson, Massachusetts area.

Position Details:

• Program: Elementary programs tailored for students with Autism
• Duration: April 22, 2024 June 13, 2024
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Hours: 8:15 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Collect data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated support for students
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with students with Autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual

Pay: $25-30 per hour, mensurate with experience
