Title of Position: Restaurant Area Manager

Job Description: We are looking for the right fit as a District Manager for our company. This role will have coverage over 4-5 locations for our brand. The person in this position will be in charge of these daily duties: setting sales targets, maximizing sales, and providing your team with a stimulating and supportive atmosphere. The District Manager will be responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and also controlling the training and development of your staff. This is a stimulating job where you act as a role model, and take full operational responsibility for your specific product lines and the credit for a job well done. The District Manager must have fantastic leadership skills as you’ll need to be capable of inspiring and motivating many individuals. The District Manager must be able to lead and develop people, build great teams, and think strategically.

Qualifications:

• · The District Manager must have multi-unit management experience of at least three years (Quick Service or Fast Casual Restaurant Experience a MUST
• · A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the District Manager
• · A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the District Manager
