We are seeking dedicated and passionate paraprofessionals to join our team near Salinas,California for an after-school program. In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to students, helping them with their academic and social development. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students during the after-school program.
• Assist with academic tasks, including homework and skill-building activities.
• Support students in developing social skills and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with program staff to create a safe and engaging environment.
• municate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• A passion for helping students succeed academically and socially.

Interview Process:
10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
