We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in managing and resolving highly complex, multi-jurisdiction litigation matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and high-profile cases, and to contribute to our firm's commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex litigation matters from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop litigation strategies, conduct effective legal research, and prepare compelling legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure the efficient and effective resolution of complex litigation matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, client service, and counseling.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in the law, and participate in continuing legal education programs.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state procedural and substantive laws, court rules, and regulations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and strategies to clients and colleagues.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
• Proficiency in legal research software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.
• Experience in electronic discovery and document management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and commitment to achieving excellent results.
