Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Phoenix, AZ! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Clinic Family Nurse Practitioner Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Phoenix, AZ
 • Facility Type: Clinic, Primary Care, Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
 • Shift: Day

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Range: $71.87 - $81.56 per Hour

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent Clinic FNP experience in the last 2 years in a Clinic setting
 • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License required
 • Current BLS Certification and DEA number required
