As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs
• Assisting in data collection and progress monitoring
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• RBT certification or eligibility to become certified
• Genuine passion for working with children and individuals with special needs
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in the Clio, SC area
