Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2 to become part of our client's team in McMinnville, Oregon - 97128.
Pay
19.69-26.50
Shift Differentials
- Night Shift Differential: 3 per hour
- Weekend Shift Differential: 1 per hour
- OT/extra shifts available
Shift
7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per week
Requirements
- CNA 2 license required.
- Preferred: Acute Care and Med Surg experience. Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar backgrounds.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- At least 1 year of experience preferred.
- BLS certification.
Job Summary
- Delivers direct patient care tailored to individual needs following hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and within the Certified Nursing Assistant's scope of practice.
Job Duties
- Provides direct personal care within the Certified Nursing Assistant's scope under a Registered Nurse's supervision.
- Acts as a valuable member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensures completion of all documentation within specified departmental timelines.
- Engages in responsible management of departmental/hospital resources.
- Takes responsibility for fulfilling annual in-service requirements and continuous personal development.
Skils & Abilities
- Ability to exercise good judgment, demonstrate patience, and uphold a professional demeanor consistently.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize effectively.
- Effective interpersonal verbal communication skills.
