Sunbelt is searching for a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) near Gardendale, AL.This is a school-based position for the upcoming school year.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Alabama BCBA license
• National Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
• School-based experience is highly preferred

Job Details:

• Full time
• K-12th grade caseload
• Behavior Intervention Plan development, Functional Behavior Assessments, and collaboration with the special education team
• Supervise district behavior specialists and paraprofessionals
• Consult with teachers and staff to improve student behaviors
