Job Description
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using computed tomography (CT) equipment. Your duties will include preparing patients for procedures, operating CT scanners, ensuring image quality, and maintaining patient safety. You will collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
Job Details
- Duration: 13weeks
- Shift: Day, Evening, and night (10-12hour shifts)
- Hours: 40hours per week
- Possibility of On- call
Job Requirements
- Must have ARRT (CT)
- NYlicense
- Minimum of 1-2 years PET/PETCT imaging experience required
- 2 years of experience working as a CT Tech in a hospital setting
- BLS certification through AHA
- Must be willing to float to X-ray as needed
- Associates Degree in Radiology
