Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for a full-time position in the Moncks Corner, South Carolina area. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting. Responsibilities:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and document data on student behavior and treatment progress.
• Assist in the development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistent support for students.
• Maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following local and state requirements:

• RBT Certification: Must possess a current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working as an RBT, ideally within a school or similar educational setting.
• State-Specific Requirements: Compliance with South Carolina state regulations for educational paraprofessionals.
• CPR and First Aid Certification: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical guidelines and standards as established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
