Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff and students and assist in creating in-service training programs for continuous staff development.
- Provide professional advice and direct complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Educate students and families on relevant aspects of the students care.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills through teletherapy platforms.
- Adjust treatment plans as needed based on client progress and feedback.
- Work with teachers, school staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to the client's therapy.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- At least two years of experience in a school setting.
- Masters degree in Speech and Communication.
- Professional Liability Insurance (upon offer).
