We are in search of a Business Analyst (IT): II (Intermediate) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides an opportunity for the individual to delve into our customer product channel and digital data to enhance consumer experience and drive customer value delivery. Acting as a key influencer to our strategic decisions, this role offers a chance to collaborate with a centralized team of analysts as well as teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Synthesize data from our analytics tools to provide actionable insights about customer and prospect behavior, digital sales, and customer value delivery.
• Communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with team members to achieve and measure project success.
• Provide opportunity analysis, measurement plans, dashboards, and post-release/testing analyses.
• Analyze patterns and trends in structured and unstructured data to provide insights on projects that span all facets of the Enterprise.
• Synthesize findings into dashboards or presentations that convey insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product Marketing, Data, and senior leadership.
• Dive into our customer product channel and digital data to uncover opportunities for consumer experience optimization and customer value delivery.
• Enable stakeholders with actionable intuitive performance insights.
• Participate in all phases of the data and analytics lifecycle, including specifying data capture requirements.• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate proficiency in Sales and Marketing principles
• Have a solid understanding of business operations
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, with a focus on data analysis
• Show experience or understanding in research methodologies
• Familiarity with planning processes in a business context
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to various stakeholders
• Comfortable providing workstation support to team members
• Evidence of leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Experience in implementing IT solutions in a business context
• Comfortable working in a digital environment and understanding of digital technologies
• Background in Engineering is beneficial
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, Python, Oracle, HTML, and Java is required
• Experience in metric reporting and optimization strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with partners across different departments
• Must have legal authorization to work in the location of the job
