We are in search of a Finance Manager to join our team located in Los Angeles, California. You will be functioning in the Financial Services industry, focusing on areas like investment accounting, data analytics, and business system understanding. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing securities settlements and overseeing liquidity management

• Handling loan and investment accounting duties, particularly for Securities & Swaps

• Overseeing data and business analytics developments and contributing to data projects

• Understanding and managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems

• Designing front-end visualization platforms and managing end-user needs

• Using tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization

• Handling financial reporting and regulatory reporting

• Managing month-end close processes

• Conducting auditing and managing budget processes.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions

• Ability to work with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in BI tools (SQL, tableau, Power BI, etc)

• Ability to handle Budget Processes

• Strong skills in Financial Reporting

• Experience with Regulatory Reporting

• Ability to handle Month End Close

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
