Position Overview:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for setting service expectations and overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. This role involves positively coaching and mentoring staff to ensure the highest quality of service across the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate skill in selecting, scheduling, training, developing, and managing team members. As a Restaurant Manager, more than 50% of your time will be devoted to managerial duties, requiring the exercise of independent judgment and discretion, particularly in resolving conflicts within the restaurant.
