• Certification Required: BCBA Certification in hand
• Experience: School experience is preferred, but not required

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
