Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Procurement to join our team at Quest Global, a leading company in the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Senior Associate Procurement, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, contract negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize procurement schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to drive innovation and efficiency in procurement processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
