Financial Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Financial Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and integration of key corporate systems. This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives, driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to align technology with business strategies.
• Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a digital architecture for enhanced agility and customer experience.
• System Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of proprietary applications and ensure successful deployments.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with external vendors for key systems.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: Enterprise environments; financial services experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of AWS service (e.g., S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud tools like Snowflake/dbt.
• Communication: Strong ability to present complex ideas to both technical and business audiences.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
