About the Role:

Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to contribute in Knox, IN? We have a fantastic opportunity for the 2024-2025 school year, with options for full-time or part-time roles. This position focuses on evaluations for a diverse caseload, primarily serving PreK through 4th-grade students in the district.

Role Overview:

• Caseload: Approximately 100 students district-wide
• Focus: Primarily evaluations for PreK to 4th-grade students
• Duration: Full school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students' needs and create individualized therapy plans.
• Therapy Services: Provide both direct and indirect therapy services as required.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and educators to support student development and implement therapy goals.
• Adjustments: Monitor and modify therapy plans based on ongoing assessments and student progress.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification.
• Experience: Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred.
• Skills: Strong assessment capabilities and effective communication skills.
