Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other therapists

State-Specific Requirements:

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license
• Background check and fingerprint clearance
• pletion of any state-required continuing education for physical therapists
