Job Description: Soliant and its affiliates are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based contract position in Kelso, WA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing essential services to students, helping them achieve their full potential in their academic and daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional goals.
• Providing direct therapy services and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Documenting therapy sessions, progress reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Dedication to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs.
