Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Boulder, CO

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Boulder, CO. This full-time, onsite position will support high school students, providing behavioral interventions and strategies to enhance their educational experience.

Dates:

• Start: August 7th, 2024
• End: May 23rd, 2025

Hours:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM 4:00 PM

Caseload:

• Approximately 30 high school students

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and intervention strategies
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents

Job Duties:

• Behavioral Support: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
• Assessment: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of behavioral issues.
• IEP Participation: Collaborate with IEP teams to design and monitor behavioral goals and objectives for students.
• Training and Supervision: Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and supervise the implementation of BIPs.
• Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of student progress and modify interventions based on data analysis.
• Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide guidance on effective behavior management strategies.
