Reporting to the Director of Population Health, the Foot Clinic Nurse supports patients in assessments and treatments related to foot care. This position has a desire to promote patient health through foot care and work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other care team members.

• Provide patient care through assessments and treatments directly related to foot care.
• Provide hands on foot care including nail clipping/cutting, diabetic foot exams, and patient education on foot care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for foot care needs.

• 3-5 years nursing experience
• LPN or RN licensure
• Willing to complete foot care certification
• BLS required
• Valid Nebraska driver's license
