LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinical Clerical Assistant to support our Home Health team in Everett, WA. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, you will provide vital office support to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery. This role requires effective and professional communication with both the public and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Health team by performing clinical duties to support their daily operations.
- Aid in the management of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the Home Health team.
- Ensure that admission medical records are accurate and complete in accordance with industry and agency standards.
- Foster and promote positive working relationships within the team, agency, organization, and with external agencies, including DME companies.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Skills:
- Knowledge of general office procedures and basic medical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with clients, potential clients, family members, and volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of calls from staff, patients, physicians, and the community.
- Sensitivity to and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
