Position: Employee Relations Specialist
Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Resolve Issues: Act as a go-to person for resolving workplace conflicts and concerns, ensuring fairness and fostering a positive culture.
• Investigate & Report: Handle investigations into plaints and incidents, preparing actionable reports and remendations.
• Support Performance: Help managers with performance issues, documentation, and coaching, and assist in creating improvement plans.
• Boost Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and morale, using surveys and data to guide improvements.
• municate Effectively: Keep employees informed about HR policies, benefits, and pany updates.
• Provide Training: Work with HR specialists to deliver training on employee relations and workplace rights.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
