Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a Consultant who can handle a project based role for a Director, Global Talent Development & Culture. This role is fully remote.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape, promote, and materialize pivotal organizational change, talent management, corporate culture, and remote workplace strategies across the globe. The successful Consultant will support global audiences to cultivate Talent Development & Culture initiatives, such as Performance Management, Talent Review Process, Employee Recognition & Awards program, culture, and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves animatedly engaging employees through various insightful content and innovative talent management strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in collaboration with other C-level executives and People Teams to design, communicate, train, and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives.
- Design engaging content or source external content from providers/vendors when necessary.
- Propose new business methodologies for improving/streamlining existing processes based on industry networking and best practice research.
- Conduct educational and training sessions across various business units.
- Monitor and track success metrics in employee programs through annual employee engagement surveys.
- Use effective storytelling to articulate our culture and boost employee engagement.
- Curate and communicate messages about behaviors, stories & initiatives that showcase our values, cultural norms, and encapsulate the essence of our organization.
- Lead culture initiatives like engagement activities, cultural calendar creation, employee recognition process & awards, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to develop and implement sustainable DE& I programming that enhances the employee experience and feeling of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech engineering environment.
• Proven expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.
• Demonstrable experience in Diversity Management.
• Familiarity and proficiency in implementing Culture Change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing HR projects.
• Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools.
