Robert Half is partnering with a prominent healthcare organization in Portland, Oregon to identify a contract Patient Intake Coordinator to support the Patient Intake Team with processing referrals and scheduling patients for their first appointments. In this role, you will be tasked with processing intake referrals from multiple resources, faxing those through EPIC, answering the telephone and directing phone calls, speaking with patients and doctor offices to coordinate, assisting with 'start of care' calls to collect registration information from patients to be seen, and more. To be successful in this role, an individual must have strong customer service experience in an office environment, will have proficiency with keyboarding and data entry, will be able to work independently, and will preferably have EPIC experience. This position is fully on-site and parking is provided for free.
