Setting: Specialty Retail Pharmacy

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3-4 weeks, ongoing

Duties:

• Provide medication to plex patients, many of whom are on 8-15 medications daily
• Engage in strong, passionate munication with patients, particularly those with advanced chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, multiple sclerosis)
• Utilize knowledge of the top 200-400 drugs monly found in a retail setting
• Work with Rx30 software to manage patient prescriptions and records

Ideal Candidate:

• Retail or specialty pharmacy technician with strong patient munication skills
• Experience working with patients in an advanced state of chronic disease
• Familiarity with Rx30 software is required
• Ability to interact passionately with a patient population that includes Medicare/Medicaid recipients and those with low literacy rates
