  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain efficient and effective department operations.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments and leadership to align surgical services with overall hospital goals.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Must hold a current and valid California RN License.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Services Director.
