Position Overview: As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to deliver personalized therapy services to students in Ohio from the comfort of your own home. Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to students through teletherapy platforms, addressing a wide range of communication disorders and challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of student goals and interventions.
• Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
