We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect with a proven track record in healthcare planning and design. This pivotal role will lead all phases of the Firm's strategic drive to expand its healthcare base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all project phases, including programming, planning, design, documentation, and construction.

• Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on their satisfaction with the project.

• Manage relationships with partners and consultants, including engineering firms, contractors, construction firms, and material vendors.

• Assist marketing and business development in the identification and acquisition of new projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.

• 10 years minimum of experience with healthcare projects.

Certification/Registration:

• Architectural registration is required with a current license.

• LEED Green Associate Accreditation is a bonus but not necessary for the position.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge and proven history in delivering healthcare projects

• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
