We are seeking an Epic Mychart Systems Analyst to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in New Haven, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring software systems to support our clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, configure, and install software systems to enhance clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows
• Analyze clinical, administrative, financial, or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment they operate in
• Participate in the analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures
• Support clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products, including testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers, and vendors
• Assist with onboarding and training as needed
• Manage business knowledge and problem management, demonstrating the ability to apply multiple areas of business knowledge to successfully meet broad work objectives
• Perform technical analysis and configuration management and planning
• Develop or support applications for the product without requiring support and instruction from others
• Develop new and execute pre-designed program test data, load testing, and ensure the validity of data passed among programs
• Utilize client side scripting, cloud technologies, CRM, database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, API Development, business process functions, business requirement document, and configuration management skills.• Demonstrated proficiency in Client Side Scripting
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required
• Experience with CRM systems is essential
• Ability to work with databases effectively
• Proficiency in EO/IR systems
• Knowledge and experience in AB Testing
• Proficiency in API Development
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents
• Experience with Configuration Management in a healthcare setting
• A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital operations is a plus
• Must be willing to participate in ongoing detail oriented development activities
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
