Vice President / Director
Salary: Base - $175,000 - $200,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Company Summary: My client is a private investment firm with $1.7 billion in assets under management, specializing in flexible capital solutions through debt and equity instruments. They focus on sectors such as technology, software, and fin tech. The firm offers tailored asset-based financing solutions that support the origination of loans and other collateral, starting from $30 million and scaling upwards. They provide customized credit solutions that address the specific needs of their partners, ensuring cost-effective and innovative asset origination.
The Vice President / Director should have the following qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- 8+ years of relevant experience across investment banking, private credit, structured finance etc
- Experience managing entire deal process (sourcing, execution, negotiation, closing)
- Strong communication both written and verbal
