Job Posting: Transaction Management Specialist - Contractor
Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to NY or Houston, TX)

Max pay rate: $75 per hour
This role requires extensive experience with Agreed-Upon Procedures related to securitizations and a strong background in both the structuring and collateral aspects of transactions. The ideal candidate will have direct accounting firm experience and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training.
Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence processes on transactions, including transaction document review and risk identification. Develop strategies to mitigate any identified risks.
Transaction Management: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions by engaging with internal teams, external advisors, servicers, and investors.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory standards and meet company objectives from origination to completion.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of issued securities, providing periodic reports to senior management and stakeholders on status, yields, and variances from projected outcomes.
Experience: 5+ years in structured finance, investment banking, or a similar role with a focus on ABS and RMBS transactions. Direct experience with Agreed-Upon Procedures on the pre-closing side of transactions is essential.
Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment specific to ABS and RMBS products. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with a proven track record of executing due diligence tasks.
System Experience: Exposure to CAS systems for structured finance is a strong plus.
Education: A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
