Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote (Working with Students in Wisconsin)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part Time Contracts
Pay: $46/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy platforms.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to create engaging and effective therapy sessions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on students' progress and needs.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology, particularly in the context of virtual education.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Wisconsin SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP, preferably with experience in a school setting.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and state-specific regulations in Wisconsin.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital assessment tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
