We are looking for medical device assemblers to interview and start ASAP!
In This Role, You Will:
· Assemble medical device products for commercial and clinical use by following Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and properly completing Lot History Records (LHR) per cGMP.
· Work in a clean room environment and follow proper gowning and material handling procedures.
· Properly use microscopes for extended periods to assemble medical device products
· Perform common manufacturing tasks using hand tools such as tweezers, scalpels/blades/torque drives, calipers, and other tools as needed
· Use manufacturing equipment such as laser welding, soldering, heat box, coating, and packaging equipment.
· Assist Leads in training new members and temporary personnel in proper manufacturing procedures and practices.
· Record/document data for the clean room environment maintenance logs as needed.
· Look up inventory in the ERP system.
· Cross-train and be able to work multiple workstations if needed to ensure the production line flows efficiently.
· Regularly required to lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Participate in Quality Audit Teams.
Requirements:
· Education: High School education, technical training equivalent with at least three years of experience in the manufacturing environment, or related practical experience.
· Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Ability to foresee and prevent risks and understand when to elevate issues to management and recommend corrective action.
· Compliance with relevant county, state and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.
