Pay Details: $65.00 to $85.00 per hour

Company Description
Akkodis is seeking a SuccessFactors Admin or Analyst for a fully remote role expected to last 4 months. The SuccessFactors Analyst will provide HR functional support for an implementation project. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Performance and must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Salary Range: $65-85 per hour

SuccessFactors Analystjob responsibilities include:
· Make modifications with the Recruiting and Performance modules
· Recruitment process UAT, post live hypercare and ongoing support
· Working with TC team to making any configuration changes to the Alternative PCM form for 2024, translate and perform UAT prior to launch in November
· Prepare for changes in the Goal Management module
· Provide back-up for any performance related tickets in Learning and other modules
· Work with the TC on communications and update training materials
· Assist on the project to migrate Onboarding module
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3-5+ years of functional experience within SuccessFactors Analyst or Administration roles, including Recruitment and Performance modules
· Learning and Onboarding modules are a plus
