A BIG NAME NAME IN THE HR AND PAYROLL INDUSTRY THAT FOCUSES ON CLOUD BASED HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HCM) SOLUTIONS IS WANTING TO BRING ON A HANDUL OF ANNUAL ENROLLMENT GENERALISTS TO SUPPORT THEM DURING THEIR BUSY SEASON

Pay: $19/hr

Start Date: September 23rd & September 30th

This is a hybrid role in West Valley City, UT

Schedule:

Post Training Shifts could be - Mon/Fri AT HOME & Tues/Thurs IN-OFFICE

Their hours of operation ate 8am-8pm - Could be placed on an 8-hours shift between that time. If working a later evening shift, fully remote can be applicable but will still have to be local to Salt Lake City, UT for the 3+ weeks of onsite training.

Training:

3-4 week training period, followed by one week of “nesting” which means taking live calls but having people shadow/ensure they are comfortable.

Description:

• 30-40 inbound calls a day at most
• Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization. Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
• Records employee enrollment in benefits.
• Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.
• Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.
