Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Overview:
Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for innovative marketing solutions and a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)? We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Solutions Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and influence high-impact marketing initiatives and resources, addressing complex business and technical needs across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutioning: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to craft sophisticated solutions for complex requests. This includes building and optimizing email campaigns using HTML, SQL for automations, content builder, journey builder, and automation studio. Your understanding of SFMC architecture will be crucial in delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
• Consulting: Establish and nurture relationships with marketing professionals to build trust and provide expert guidance. Help clients strategize and execute effective marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to SLAs and deadlines while managing the entire email campaign lifecycle.
• Project Management: Oversee and drive projects of varying sizes within the email execution space. Apply your project management skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML, email campaign building, SQL for automations, content builder, journey builder, and automation studio.
• Strong consulting skills with a track record of building relationships, providing strategic guidance, and managing the email campaign lifecycle.
• Excellent project management abilities, with experience managing diverse projects and meeting tight deadlines.
