Part-time Occupational Therapist (3 days per week)

Job Description:

Soliant Education is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team!You will be working on an itinerate team of special educators throughout Sandwich area. The team visits local preschools to work with educators and children to provide the best services.This position provides a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young students and support their development. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to children (3-5 year olds)
• Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to help students achieve their educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible support for each student
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
