We have an opening for a Medical Director - Oncologist with a Large Managed Care Organization in NJ! The Medical Director - Oncologist will focus on reviewing and denying cases to improve clinical outcomes, care efficiency, and patient experience while reducing operational costs. The Medical Director - Oncologist will collaborate with leaders to enhance provider relationships, educate them on best practices, and ensure quality care. The Medical Director - Oncologist will look at data trends and data interpretation around utilization, cost and quality reports.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL DIRECTOR – ONCOLOGIST : 

• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine with a subspeciality  in Oncology/Hematology
• Medical Doctor License in NJ Required
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Working with a Windows based environment including MS Office products.

HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR MEDICAL DIRECTOR – ONCOLOGIST :

• Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm but will need flexibility

SALARY FOR MEDICAL DIRECTOR – ONCOLOGIST :

• Starts at $207,000K - $250,000  (depending on experience it can increase) +  Up to 20% bonus
