Position: Online Special Education Case Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of students with diverse special education needs in a virtual environment
Coordinate and facilitate online IEP meetings and annual reviews
Ensure pliance with special education laws and regulations in a digital setting
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement IEPs
Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans as needed
Provide guidance on acmodations and modifications for online learning
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid teaching license with special education endorsement
4+ years of experience in special education, including case management
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and digital documentation systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures
Ability to build positive relationships in an online environment
