Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team near Lugoff, SC. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient-specific goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to optimize patient outes and improve functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home exercise regimens, and injury prevention strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure prehensive patient care and rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure (PT) in South Carolina and CPR certification.
• Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical rotations will be considered.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
