ProCare Therapy is seeking two dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the upcoming school year. As an RBT with ProCare Therapy, you will work primarily with middle school students, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include conducting direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting data on student progress, and collaborating with school staff and parents to support student development and behavioral goals.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 2 Positions Available

Dates: Start of 2024-2025 School Year

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Caseload: Middle school students

Requirements:

• National RBT Certification
• State Licensure as a Certified Behavior Technician
• Experience with middle school-aged children preferred
• SBT (Supervised Behavior Technician) training is a plus
