Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Connell, WA

Job Type:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
• Caseload: 50-60 students

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in Connell, WA, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and collaboration with teachers and families to enhance students' educational experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and monitor student progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Serve middle and high school students.
• Serve IEP and 504 minutes, attend IEP/504 meetings, and write speech components of the IEP or 504.
• Build your schedule based on your experience.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, candidates should have:

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
