Sunbelt is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in South Salinas, California. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students within a school district setting. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional speech and language services to children.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and objectives for students.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Valid California state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant assessment tools and therapy techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
