Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Anoka, MN. This contract position spans the entire school year and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school-based setting. Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy interventions and activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
• Collaborate with the educational team, including teachers and parents, to support students' participation and progress in academic and functional activities.
• Document students' progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and interventions.
• Follow treatment plans and protocols established by the supervising OT.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Minnesota.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
