Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions within schools in the Kelso, WA area. As a key member of our team, you will work with students to provide essential speech and language therapy services.

Requirements:

• Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Successful completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY), if applicable
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication needs
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $45-$53 per hour, based on experience
