Job Title: School Social Worker (LMSW) Location: Aurora, Illinois

Soliant Education is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a School Social Worker to provide essential support and services to students in a dynamic educational setting. Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:25 PM
• Start Date: March 19th through May 24th, with the possibility of extension for Maternity Leave, Extended School Year (ESY), and Next School Year (NSY)
• Duties:
  • Conduct 504 meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement plans for students with special acmodations
  • Provide counseling services to students individually and in group settings
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for services
• Caseload: 5th and 6th graders
• Licensure: Professional Educator License (PEL) and Master of Social Work (MSW) required
• Pay: $40-45 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement in Illinois
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong munication, collaboration, and counseling skills
• Ability to effectively assess student needs and provide appropriate interventions and support
