Role Overview:
As a Paraprofessional, you will play a key role in supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting students, and fostering a positive learning environment. This full-time, onsite role involves working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with classroom management and instructional tasks.
- Provide individualized or small group assistance to students.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other school activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
