Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Longview, WA. As a School SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication disorders and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports on student performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Washington state license or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
